WalletHub.com looked at areas around the country that had the highest drug problems based off factors like overdose rates to opioid prescriptions and employee drug testing laws. Colorado came in at #9 in the list for high drug problems. Washington D.C. came it at #1 and Minnesota was the area with the lowest drug related problems.
