A new survey from Porch.com was set up to find out where you don't want to live but also discovered where people DO want to live. The survey is called 'You Couldn't Pay Me To Move Here' didn't have specific parameters in general, but people who took the survey ranked states based on friendliness of people, economy, climate, job market, nature, and general activities provided. It's no surprise that with a strong economy, great outdoor activities and beautiful scenery that Colorado is the most desirable state to move to. The friendliness of people and job market also made Mississippi and Arkansas tie for the LEAST desirable states to move to.
