Mayor Michael Hancock and the city of Denver will make a major proclamation tomorrow by declaring October 9th as "Pat Bowlen Day." The official announcement will come at 10AM on the front steps of the City & County Building on Bannock Street so it might be a good idea to get out of work and go celebrate one of the best sports franchise owners to ever be a part of Colorado history.
