A Denver City Council member is proposing that we allow the bully breed back into city limits. Christopher Herndon has proposed a plan that would allow owners to keep the breed with restrictions that include having it microchipped, having a breed restriction license, and paying an annual fee. The pups would also have to be on a 3 year probation period to make sure it had no violent incidents.
