This looks like something straight out of The Walking Dead. The day before Halloween this guy was spotted walking in the middle of the freeway with bandages all over his face and a knife in his hand. A lot of people figured it was some sort of Halloween prank, but it wasn't. Authorities were notified and the man was taken to a hospital on a 72-hour mental health hold.
