Police in Pueblo arrested a man after he was discovered using vice grips to drive a car while the steering wheel was in his lap. They also found drug paraphernalia in his car (surprise, surprise). The man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked drivers license and resisting arrest. The man’s name has not yet been released.
