This video is going viral from right here in Colorado. On Halloween, Pueblo resident Kolette Frary capture video of a man dancing in the middle of Pueblo Blvd with his dog in a wheel barrow. Now this could have very well been a stunt to freak people out since it was on the spookiest day of the year, but it's an incredibly dangerous one. The lesson here is no matter what, please don't dance in traffic and find different ways to prank folks if that is indeed what this was.
