Pet owners are breaking the law in Denver, but most of them don't even know it. I'll be honest, when I had Bailey I WAS even technically breaking the law all because I had no clue that the city requires you to have special permitting to help track lost animals. It's really a smart play if Fido goes missing but are you paying an extra $15 to register your pet? Probably not.
