Animals rule!! The story about Wisconsin Deputy Tifft and his K9 Riggs is simply incredible. While the story starts in Logan Square from a murder suspect (linked to killing two people), it quickly crossed the border to Kenosha. Kenosha police deputy Tifft and his K9 Riggs arrived at a gas station where the suspect shot Riggs in the forehead upon being chased. This jackass was arrested and miraculously enough, Riggs survived and is in recovery.
