A woman in San Diego used Chat GPT to generate her wedding vows. It started as a joke, but ended up providing a solid foundation for her speech. Elyse Ngyuyen married her husband in February and used ChatGPT to help create a draft.
She said initially, the outcome was "cheesy," but the "essencse of what the vows should incorporate was there — our promises to each other and structure.”
Elyse said :
“It helped alleviate some stress because I had no prior experience with wedding vows, nor did I know what should be included. Plus, ChatGPT is a genius with alliteration, analogies and metaphors. Having something like, ‘I promise to be your partner in life with the enthusiasm of a golfer’s first hole in one’ in my back pocket was comical.”
